Click here and the system will take you to our online registration system. Once you have inserted your details and created a password, you will receive a confirmation email to your chosen email address. Open this confirmation email then follow the instructions. Please keep this email, as it contains your username (= your email address) and your password, in case you forget it later. With your email address and your password, you can log in here to our electronic abstract submission system.

When you enter your proposal:

Enter the full title of your proposal, then indicate whether it is a short communication, a session or a poster. Please note that the system calls workshops ‘symposia’.

Names and affiliations of presenters are entered on the next page.

For a Workshop proposal, please use the same procedure to provide a summary of the workshop, with paper titles (in the case of a closed session).

Once your abstract is submitted, it goes into the peer review process. While the aim is that of a large and inclusive conference, paper and session proposals, the organizers reserve the right to reject any proposal which seems to them academically inadequate or irrelevant to the interests of the conference. Notice of approval or rejection will be sent to the convener by 31st March 2021 at the latest.

It is advisable to submit only one contribution (either a short communication or a workshop proposal and paper), so that as many people as possible may have the opportunity to present their research. Remember to submit your abstract as early as possible, in order to avoid oversubscribing.

Anyone proposing to arrange a session, or to give a communication, or to present a poster must submit a title and abstract through the website by 15th March 2021.  The deadline is final. It is advisable that the organisers of an open session submit their proposal at least a month before the deadline, in order to ensure a broad participation.
